FLO Limited is an British company based in suburban London. It was created in December 1997 by Leonard Brown, principal shareholder.

 

The company operates primarily in the United Kingdom and Europe in the field of headhunting and IT consulting.

 

It works as usually in England, with permanent employees and freelance consultants.

 

Currently, FLO Limited is a human-sized company with 250 consultants in her portfolio who conducted a 2013 annual turnover of 12 million pounds.

 

The Company participates in strategic projects with large companies such as Thales, SITA UK, France and Switzerland, Air France on their sites in Paris and Nice-Sophia Antipolis in the south of France, and especially on Amadeus Paris, London and Nice-Sophia Antipolis since their creation.

 

In 2013, FLO has recruited Mr Jean Marc Calone as director and headhunter in charge to develop the French subsidiary on the southern zone of France and Paris. Mr Calone has 25 years of experience primarily in the airline industry, tourism and GDS. He was an IT consultant and began his career at Air France where he participated in many projects as ATOLL (managing Tour operators) or FAREQUOTE. Due to its proximity with Amadeus, its close geographical location of the AIR FRANCE Computer Center and its experience that gives him access to many consultants in the industry, he is able to provide many business consultants in the field of airlines.

 

During 2015, it is planned to establish a subsidiary in Dubai to facilitate exchanges and be closer to the middle eastern market. It should be noted that the company works mainly through the Internet via professional social networks  for the confidentiality of its clients as its stakeholders demand a complete confidentiality for effective and strategic recruitments.
